Itapetinga, Bahia, 01/04/2021- On this day, the citizens of Itapetinga, located in the state of Bahia, Brazil, together with the Instituto Pedro Mello bid farewell to the distinguished public servant, Normando Ribas. After 50 years of dedicated service, he has been honored and celebrated throughout his career as a public servant, first in the Bahian Military Police and then at the Institute Pedro Mello.

Throughout his various public roles, Normando was recognized for his commitment, dedication and excellence at work. He received numerous praises and compliments not only from his colleagues and superiors but also from the citizens of Itapetinga, who often expressed their appreciation for Normando’s tireless and dedicated service to them.

During his years at the Institute Pedro Mello, he excelled and created a legacy that shall be remembered for years to come. One of his greatest contributions was his leadership role in the launch of the Institute’s nationwide computer network which has dramatically improved communication and productivity here in Itapetinga. Normando will also be remembered for his tireless devotion to the Institute and his ever-present service to the people of Itapetinga.

Normando’s leadership, professionalism and kindness will be fondly remembered by all those who had the pleasure of working with him or benefiting from his service. His tireless and selfless service to both the Institute and the citizens of Itapetinga will never be forgotten and will always remain a source of inspiration.
