Foi preso na tarde desta quarta-feira (31), por policiais militares, Ivan Gonçalves Cavalcante, o “Nego Ivan”, de 19 anos, considerado o chefe de uma quadrilha que agia no Bairro Vila Riachão.
Quando abordado, no interior de um Celta conduzido por Carlos Aparecido Souza, na Rua Marcelo Rebouças, na Vila Riachão, “Nego Ivan” jogou para fora do veículo um revólver calibre 32, municiado. O carro ainda tinha mais três ocupantes.
No Complexo Policial, os investigadores deram cumprimento ao mandado de prisão contra “Nego Ivan”, que naquele momento dizia que não sabia porque estava sendo preso.
O delegado plantonista, José Robson, fez a autuação em flagrante do indivíduo.
MANDADO POR CRIME DE HOMICÍDIO
Ivan Gonçalves Cavalcante teve a prisão solicitada pela autoridade policial e decretada pela justiça criminal por envolvimento direto na morte de Joilson da Silva Monteiro dos Santos, de 18 anos, ocorrida no dia 06 de julho deste ano. (Veja matéria clicando

O jovem estava dentro de casa, na Rua João Victor Fagundes, na tarde daquele dia e foi surpreendido por “Nego Ivan” e outros menores. Um dos menores fez os disparos.
A Polícia Civil investigou e descobriu que “Nego Ivan” determinou a execução da vítima, que morreu a caminho do Hospital Cristo Redentor.
Dias depois, o menor executor acabou sendo apreendido. “Nego Ivan”, porém, tinha evadido até ser preso nesta quarta-feira. (Clique

Responsável por vários crimes, entre eles, roubos, furtos e tráfico de drogas, Ivan Gonçalves Cavalcante recrutou vários menores, tornando, assim, um chefe de quadrilha na Vila Riachão.
